Each company on Windo has 3 profiles showcasing their sustainability, DE&I and employee wellbeing progress and plans. The profiles have been designed to be bite-sized and engaging specifically for Gen Z.
Compare & Learn
Students can compare the progress of potential employers side-by-side on thousands of data points. We have also built dynamic Leaderboards that are filterable by sector.
The UK’s Largest Organisations
Windo holds CSR profiles for the UK’s 400 largest organisations including the FTSE250 and the Times Top 100 Graduate Employers. We’re actively growing this list.
Student Requests
If we don’t have a company that a student would like to review they can submit a request and our team will make contact with that organisation within 24 hours.

Students can find a company that shares their values and then apply for a role. Each company that subscribes to Windo can post up to 9 job vacancies on their CSR profiles.
