How It Works
Refreshed daily, the Barometer tracks DEI disclosures across Sustainability and Annual Reports as they are released. By comparing each company’s latest data against its previous year’s report, it delivers a clear, fact-based view of corporate DEI momentum.
The Barometer Evaluates Three Key Dimensions…
DEI Goal Disclosure: Assesses the presence and specificity of DEI-related goals, including workforce representation targets, supplier diversity targets, and other DEI commitments.
DEI Transparency: Evaluates whether companies disclose four key DEI metrics: Female Senior Leaders, Black Representation, LGBTQ+ Representation, and Disability Representation – as well as pay gap data for these groups.
DEI Performance: Measures year-over-year changes in these four diverse groups to determine whether representation has increased, remained flat, or declined.
