Disability Equality Index 2023
In 2023, 485 companies took part in the Disability Equality Index with each company being awarded a score between 0 and 100. This year, 60.8% of participating companies received a Top Score which is a great indication that progress is being made across Disability Inclusion.
We’re also delighted that 86 Top Scoring Companies have Diversity, Equality & Inclusion profiles on Windō and that this great recognition is displayed on each one.
